Change DPF calculation to use participant age using Scholkmann & Wolf (2013) calculation #1

DPF values need to be adjusted per participant by their age, thus the calculation needs to be changed from the DPF value as a fixed value to a value per participant. Please use the Scholkmann & Wolf (2013) formula to account for the differential wavelength instead of the Duncan et al. (1996). Formula attached. The app will also need an addition which prompts the user to either upload a document with participant ages, or to specify each age, along with an option to just use a standard value (like 6 for adults). Paper is also attached.
