Analysis - Participant

Welcome to the Wiki page for the Participant Viewer. If you haven't already, visit the Home Page, Understanding Parameters, and Processing & Analysis pages before following along with this guide.

The Participant Viewer is designed to provide you with images from each step in the processing pipeline. This allows for a visual representation of each step and potentially can unearth that incorrect parameters were used to process the data. When the Participant Viewer opens, there will be 2 dropdowns along with two buttons present at the top of the screen. These are:

  • Participants (Dropdown) - Allows for selecting which participants that should be included
  • Image Indexes (Dropdown) - Allows for selectign what images should be generated
  • Submit (Button) - Processes the request to generate images and displays the image in the open area below
  • Save Displayed Images (Button) - Saves the images that have been generated after hitting the Submit button to disk

Each dropdown will have an option to 'Toggle Select All', which will select all available options from the dropdown.

Participants

Inside this dropdown will be every participant that was processed along with a particpant number and their file name. Future dropdown will only reference a participant by their generated number and not their filename.

Image Indexes

Inside this dropdown will be every image that was generated at every step of the processing pipeline. This dropdown will include:
