Significance image is empty when doing a group analysis on one participant

Should be fixed in the next release.

Changes are not saved when a project was loaded from a save

Will be fixed in the next release. This could be dangerous as it allows parameters to be changed, even though the analysis was not reperformed, making it not the parameters used in the analysis.
