Changes are not saved when a project was loaded from a save

Will be fixed in the next release. This could be dangerous as it allows parameters to be changed, even though the analysis was not reperformed, making it not the parameters used in the analysis.

If a file is bad on channels, their analysis should not continue to the GLM stage

Users should be allowed to save after typing in age / gender / group but before processing

Will be added in the next release. Includes the parameters on the right side of the screen.
